Gary Healer.
Decades of researching and applying natural products, from remedies with centuries of use to nutraceuticals developed for the most demanding environments on earth. The program is everything he learned about restoring a body, taught one person at a time.
How Gary works.
He starts every client at the basics and moves one step at a time, because that is where most of the wear is and because changes that arrive all at once do not last. He has tested dozens of atmospheric water producers and uses only the simplest, longest-lasting machine he has found. He sources supplements for freshness and track record, not for what sells. And he teaches the reasoning behind every step, so that by day 90 you do not need him.
Why the restoration metaphor.
Gary thinks about a body the way a craftsman thinks about a vintage automobile or a wooden yacht. Some arrive as a barn find, some as a well-kept daily driver. Every one has the same basic systems, and with enough time, the right materials, and someone who knows the work, every one can be brought back to superb condition.
