System two of three
Nutrition.
Orthomolecular protocols built from food-based nutraceuticals, matched to your intake report and adjusted week by week. You learn to read a label and a source before you trust it.
What it is.
Orthomolecular nutrition means giving the body the right molecules in the right amounts. The term was coined by Linus Pauling, twice a Nobel laureate, in a paper published in Science in 1968.
In practice it is a layered set of protocols: digestion first, then the base nutrients, then the specialized layers your situation calls for. Products are food-based and chosen for freshness and a long track record, not for what sells.
How we use it.
- Weeks 2 to 4: digestion and the base protocol. Most of what you were taking comes off the shelf. What stays gets upgraded.
- Weeks 5 to 10: specialized protocols for your needs, added one at a time so you can tell what each one does.
- Weeks 11 to 13: your maintenance set and a sourcing list, with the reasoning for every line.
What the protocols cover.
Not every client uses every one of these. Which apply to you comes out of the assessment, and they are introduced in the order that suits your situation.
- Digestive protocols, which come first for almost everyone
- Essential minerals, amino acids and omega fatty acids
- Connective tissue support
- Prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic protocols
- High potency antioxidant complexes
- Candida and pathogen protocols
- Red marine algae protocols
- Ocular health protocols
- pH and alkalinity monitoring across the 90 days
One at a time.
Protocols are introduced singly, never as a pile of bottles on day one. You take what you are given, notice how you feel, and the next layer arrives only when that one is routine.
The skill you leave with.
The supplement aisle is built to confuse. Part of every session is learning to read a label: the form of a nutrient, the fillers, the dose, where it was made and when. By day 90 you can judge a product on your own.
Honest notes.
Nothing on this page is a treatment for any condition, and we do not make numeric claims about outcomes. The protocols above describe what we work on, not results we promise. Gary's views on specific products and forms are taught in sessions and written up in the Journal, with his reasoning and sources.
